Delivery & Returns Policy

You can return any item within 14 days for refund as well as change with 30 days right from the time you ordered your product. All we ask is that you send the items back unused in their original condition with all the original packaging. When returning/replacing you are the customer who is responsible for shipping back to us for the goods you wish to return/exchange. Please use the same bag/carton that you received the goods in. The item should be returned in the same condition as when you purchased it. All the goods returned must be packed in a bag or carton. In case of replacement, return or complaint, we follow the customer Agency’s rules for e-commerce. If the item/goods are used, the return will not be accepted “you will of course try the goods, but do not used them if you wish to return or change”If the item / goods are missing labels even if the garment is unused, Alive Moto will have to deduct up to 30% on the product value. NOTE! Normally, it takes about 2 weeks to send your return to us before receiving any refund. In exceptional cases, it may take up to 30 days for a refund, which is the maximum time by law. Please contact us before returning the goods, we can then reduce the handling time to make you satisfied.

If your order doesn't qualify for free returns, or if you should choose to arrange your own delivery, we recommend that you use an insured, recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
